Shawnee Educational Foundation

Who We Are

The Shawnee Educational Foundation (SEF) is a volunteer board formed in 1989, committed to the education of the children in our community. SEF raises money through an annual banquet to fund teacher and site grants in the Shawnee area. The grants fund innovative projects that make a difference in our public education classrooms for students in Shawnee Public Schools and the following dependent school districts: Grove School, Pleasant Grove School and South Rock Creek School. In addition to grants, SEF awards scholarships to graduating seniors each year.

Generous donations from community members and businesses make these educational enhancements and scholarships possible. Donations are welcome through out the year, and may be sent to:
